Slash Drug Costs only works when people help each other out. Right now we are just a small core group working as fast as we can to fill in ways to save you money but we need your help. Please share any of your knowledge that might help someone else. It will take cooperation to make this idea work!
The concept behind Slash Drug Costs is that there are a million different ways to drastically reduce how much you must pay for your prescriptions. We provide a way for people to share this information. We provide a number of categories to help point you in the direction that best fits your needs. Anytime you have found a way to save money, simply post your ideas in the category it best fits.
Slash Drug Costs is based upon free non-copyrighted information that is freely given and that can be freely distributed in any form without restriction of any kind. No one can have any type of ownership of any information posted here. Information can mean text, data, photos, artwork, music, and video. There are probably other types of information left off this list.
Our goal is to create a base of knowledge here that can be freely distributed in any form anywhere with no restrictions of any kind. It is important that all information here is not owned in any fashion. You must not infringe upon copyright, trade secrets, proprietary information, patent, or any other type of intellectual assets. When in doubt, only post information here that you have written yourself and that you freely give to everyone for public use worldwide; totally without restriction, citation, or compensation.
When it is necessary to reference information which is owned by someone else you must use either a hyperlink (link) or a footnote directing the reader to the information where it is contained elsewhere. In general, copyright protects the way that information is creatively presented. It does not protect the information itself. If you find out about information and then write about it in your own words, then typically you are not infringing upon someone else's is copyright. Such information is much more valuable to us if you cite the original as a reference, although there is no legal requirement to do so.
