Abbott Medical Nutritional Patient Assistance Program

This program is designed to omprove lives by supplementing medically essential nutritional supplementsto financially disadvantaged individuals whose existing resources are limited. It is administered by Abbott, a parent company of Ross.
Financial eligibility is based on the current federal poverty guidelines adjusted by household size.
