Can these actually reduce costs... or is it just another expense.

Patient Assisstance Program

Here is a program that appears to be legit. Once on the site it gives you a list of medications and once clicked on, they take you to a page that is telling you all the things you need to know about that particular drug. Some have cards that will help with the cost. And also the name of the pharmaceutical company that makes it.

So far I have not found anything "of a foul nature" going on with the site.
While it is not mentioned except in the "I accept the rules and regulations" spot in which it talks about cost. So this site is not free but it also has several things that may be of help to those who need the help.

And if it doesn't have anything that it can help you with in regards to any or all of the medications you take it will also tell you that.
You will have to check it out yourself once on the page to see if it would be a benefit too you.
And to be extra cautious with giving out information from you credit card, etc... check it out with the BBB. It looks like it has a great wealth of information in regards to the PAP's.
So if you feel that this might be something you could use, here is the site
http://www.patientassistance.com/programs.html

Just remember to check it out thoroughly before giving alot of your personal information. Every penny counts and maybe one of these programs may be of a benefit too you. Good Luck in your searches.
